Delivery and Returns Policy

Liquor Barons Connolly guarantees the quality of all products that are sold and delivered to clients through our online or offline facilities. If the client has valid reasons for return of stock, Liquor Barons Connolly will refund the customer/s the total value of the purchase (including delivery charge), providing no more than one bottle has been consumed and the balance of the alcohol is returned to us. Liquor Barons Connolly reserve the right to exchange the products for other item/s of the same value at Liquor Barons Connolly sole discretion.

Free delivery is available to the following suburbs, on the next morning after order: Connolly, Heathridge, Joondalup, Ocean Reef, Currambine, Iluka.

For delivery to all other areas, please get in touch with us to get a quote prior to checkout so we can provide you with a special delivery option with shipping included for payment.

Delivery instructions are a guide only and Liquor Barons Connolly cannot guarantee that on all deliveries these instructions will be followed. If the customer is not in attendance when a delivery is attempted and no further instructions have been issued by the client, the item or items will be returned to the local depot where they can be collected upon signature. A notice will be left in your letter box to advise of the collection point. Items will be held for 7 days. After this time uncollected items will be returned to Liquor Barons Connolly. Please note if alcohol is to be resent to a customer under these circumstances, a further full delivery charges will apply.

Due to Liquor Licence laws, alcohol cannot not be delivered to, ordered on behalf of, or accepted by person/s under the age of 18 years old, and delivery will only occur during standard Liquor Store licensed hours set by the Department of Racing Gaming and Liquor.

If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order (i.e. out of stock) we will notify you to arrange alternative product(s), an alternative delivery time or a full refund.
