Referred to as ?Amble & Fox?, there is an obsession with time & place. ?Amble? the time to explore, allowing for proper tasting and reflection, ?Fox? for a sharp sense of curiosity, instinct and the importance of terroir.
This is a ?new world? expression of Barossa valley shiraz, elegant, layered, and spicy. Medium bodied and full of blueberries, liquorice, black cherry, blackberry and hints of raw cocoa and spice from the oak. Concentrated.
